Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please take note of the following conditions: 

• Be aware of the deadline; each month will be counted accordingly. 
• Your subscription can only be canceled after three months of membership. (Applies for Basic and Premium).
• Your membership is personal and non-transferable. 
• If you want to renew your subscription, you must wait three months before reactivating it. 

Remember that our memberships are auto-renewable month-to-month until the 3-month commitment clause is fulfilled. Once this time is completed, to cancel, you must follow the steps below:

Cancellation of Step-by-Step Plan:

1. Ensure to schedule your cancellation eight days before it automatically renews for the next three months.
2. Send your cancellation request to customercare@catalinajaramillo.us, including your membership number (where can you find this) and purchase information. Ensure your email is sent in advance; otherwise, you will be charged automatically.
3. Once we receive your cancellation request, our call center agent will manually deactivate your membership. Membership deactivation takes an additional billing cycle. For example, if you cancel on the 12th of the month, the membership will be charged for one more month.

Please refrain from canceling through other channels, such as phone or WhatsApp; cancellations will only be accepted through the email address mentioned above.
